    Very nice hotel for the price nice staff clean room, comfy beds high quality shower main problem is their snacks are 5 times the price they bought them for 16 dolor chips and 8 dolar water other than that it was a good fair experience. FIVE STARS

    Enjoyed my short one night stay on business in Fairmont in downtown Pittsburgh. Classic Fairmont right in the middle of everything. Excellent service, got upgraded to nice suite on a high floor as ALL Platinum Member Quiet luxury, a bit old fashioned perhaps. Nothing to complain about whatsoever. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean, and smell nice. Spacious bathroom with high quality toiletries. The rate was quite reasonable too. The restaurant and bar are also nice. Would like to be back, if travel to Pittsburgh.

    Received a facial gift certificate as a gift and I was thrilled with the beautiful facility. Rachel was amazing! Professional and detailed w/a great energy! Definately recommend a visit!

    This is rated a 5 star hotel. We did a 3 night stay. The room was cleaned everyday. The bed was super comfortable. They also have a top rated restaurant on the 2nd floor. We chose this hotel because it was in close range to all sporting venues. Our room view was of PNC Park and a close walk to Acrisure Stadium and PPG Paints Arena. This hotel was also close to market square and had great dinning options near by. Plus there's a Starbucks in the lobby. I would stay here again.
